MedLink Customer Support is available 24 hours a day seven days a week with a password required to be able to download or submit questions. Or post questions via email: support@iomedics.com

Telephone Support is handled in one of two ways:

  1. Per Call per hour; credit cards calls only.*

  2. Yearly Customer Support Contract per year which gives you access to customer support phone lines, access to the protected page for downloading upgrades to the system, an after hours pager number, and software updates.
    On-line Data Aid (only available with purchased support.*)

Customer Support hours are the following: 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. MDT.
