| This installation process is like many other Internet programs. If you are new to downloading and installing software from the Internet, or you experience trouble, please look over our tutorial on downloading software from the Internet.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING ITEMS; THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS.
- Check the system requirements on the left to ensure compatibility with your computer.
- Please note that your browser may ask if you want to open or run this installation program from the server. We suggest that you select to OPEN/RUN the install program. If you choose to save (download) the program to your computer (or are not given any other option), please note where your browser saved the file. YOU WILL NEED TO RUN THE INSTALL PROGRAM IF YOU SAVE IT ON YOUR COMPUTER.
- This software is free and can be used as a trial for one month. All of the AltaNet features are available to trial users, but claims will not actually be sent to payers unless you sign up as a full user.
- Once you have run the AltaNet installation program, you must register as a free trial user or as a full user. When you register, you will receive the user name and password required to connect to the service.
- Submit claims by running the AltaClaims component application that has been installed in your Start menu.
You are now ready to begin installing AltaNet.
